In 1989, WorldStar Mortgage Corporation was established and founded by Gilberta M. Ramos, President,
who has over 30 years of experience in mortgage banking and real estate financing.
Her prior professional experience were with various major banks, such as First Nationwide Bank,
Transamerica Mortgage, California Savings Bank and CitiCorp Bank, as an Assistant Manager of the
underwriting department.
Her education includes Dagupan University in the Philippines with a major in Liberal Arts.
